Here you can get some basic information about our service bots we're running for you, to make your life easier. (For detailed information take a look to our Help section.)

C:
It manages your user account (the one you also need to log in on this website) and it can register, hold and manage one or more channels on the network for you.

Creating your own account is very simple, just type the command below (of course you need to type your correct email address instead of your@email-address.net, C will send your login data to you via email). Remember to change your nickname on IRC to the name your account should have, the REGISTER command automatically creates account names based on the nickname, the random created password which you receive via email can be changed later. We recommend to store this email for further information, it contains basic information about how to log in via irc and other information you should know as an account owner.

Please remember that an account name on C doesn't reserve your nickname in any way, the purpose of creating an account is to be able to get channel access flags in other channels, to protect yourself by replacing your real hostname on irc with a special fake host including your account name and to get access to all features on this website which are only available for logged in users.

To request C to your channel you are able to use our automated request system by typing the command below. However you won't be able to join a channel and get a C for it at once, R will check your channel and add C to it only if your channel meets our request requirements.

S:
SpamScan is a fully automated spam scanner for your channel which means you don't have to configure anything except a profile you want to use, after joining your channel it checks your channel for spam and advertisements and will automatically punish users violating the network's spam and advertising rules.

With its profiles you can ignore special user groups like regular, voice, op, op/voice.

Currently there is no automated request system available to get a SpamScan, if you think your channel needs it you can join #help and ask an operator there to add your channel.

R:
R is out automated request service. It lets you request the channel service bot C and ops on an opless channel.

If you want to request C to your channel, type the command below. R will tell you if your channel meets the requirements and add C if yes.

-> /msg R REQUESTBOT #yourchannel

If your channel has lost all ops you can use R to get back ops on the channel. R will use chanfix to determine if you're authorized to get ops on that channel.

-> /msg R REQUESTOP #yourchannel

M:
M, the MemoServ which allows you to send small memos with a maximum length of 300 characters to other users or to their C account names. They'll get a notify and will be able to read their memos when they login to this C account next time.
