All channels belong to their respective owners, you won't be able to own them until their owners will close them down or give them away to you.
You're not allowed to try takeovers of those channely in any form.

To protect yourself and other users, CodersNet is running scanners to detect and automatically remove abusive clients connecting via open proxy servers or from trojaned computers. Firewalls could probably tell you that someone tries to attack you while you are being scanned, this is NOT any hacking attempt, you can safely ignore it.

Access to this network is a priviledge, not a right. If you don't follow these rules you risk to get banned for a certain time or even permanent. IRC-operators may deny access for everyone at any time at their sole decision.
